He takes the lead brilliantly in Bluestone 42 a comedy about a bomb disposal unit in Afghanistan! A different take on a comedy setting and very funny. Maybe have a poll on this one? Also starring another favourite of mine Tony Gardner in one of his best roles.

2025-10-08 13:28:31 +0000 UTCThe Mariachi in the middle is the main writer for the show, Graham Linehan, he's an absolute legend! Can't wait for you to get onto Father Ted! I enjoyed Black Books at the time but it's definitely the weaker of the three series, so it may seem a little bland if you watch it after having seen his other series.
