Back from long exile!

Ah! Hello everyone. It's me, Barker Tree! And I'm super excited to be back in the action, and writing some high(ish)-quality fiction for you all. Hurray!

My sincere apologies that I've disappeared for so long! Oho, but I've learned things. Have you ever wondered where your favorite erotic fiction writers go when they disappear? I met them all during my long exile! In the Gray Place, that baroque purgatory where... Er, well, actually, probably some combination of melancholy, school, or work probably takes them.

The good news? I've attached the first chapter of my latest story below! No Patreon charge, of course. (If you prefer reading online, it should be up on MCStories.com next update.) 

As a heads up, I am 100% planning to be posting more chapters regularly. If you guys decide to stick around on Patreon, I would appreciate it! Your support, from a motivation and financial standpoint, really is essential in bringing these (time consuming) stories out. (Of course, if anyone would like to leave for any reason -- no worries!)

Finally, in order to limit stress and bandwidth, I'll be simplifying my Patreon process. That means removing obligatory rewards on Patreon, allowing me to focus on producing content without risking burnout. Lame? yes. Ultimately? Hopefully very helpful to outcomes. I'll be doing Patreon housekeeping in the days to come.
