I like being on my own and having time to myself to do my own thing. And I can barely look after myself, I wouldn't want to be responsible for a whole other human being 😆 Everyone's different though, some people are just naturally meant to have kids and I have huge respect for all the amazing parents out there, Mike & Jess included!

2025-09-30 17:04:55 +0000 UTCSimilar to the part at the end, you should see the comedian Nathan Fielder's docu-series The Rehearsal (it's very hard to tell how much of it is real which is kind of the point). It's a whole series of a social experiment where Nathan gets someone who doesn't know if they want kids to play it out with actual kids in it from birth to 18 years old in a few months. It's crazy and the ethics of it are questionable at times but it's quite genius and very funny. Nothing like reality TV. I think it was on HBO.

The assumption being that the answer to the riddle is 'an egg'. When you have kids, this is the kind of shit you end up looking into! Thank god mine are in their teens now
