Summary: Part 10 of "Diplomacy". After his lovely visit home, Naruto is finally back on mission and continuing his Diplomatic Tour of the Elemental Nations. However, he gets quite the surprise when he arrives at the Hidden Waterfall Village only to find Fu has somehow become the new leader. He has no idea how she survived everything, but he's not about to let that stop him, especially when she wants to lose her V-Card to her literal savior.
