She would never miss a beat with the Still Game references in our conversations. I still laugh my arse off thinking of times she’d so confidently say a line wrong lol. Done inbetweeners over the weekend as I was Ill in bed. Up to date on everything else. I’m flying to China at the start of October and wish I had some self control to save your reactions up because I need something for the 10+ hours I’ll be in the air lol. Keep up the good work guys, you’re genuinely the only reaction type content I watch, always found others that I stumbled across to be cringe or too staged but yours always keeps me engaged. I’ve seen most of everything you react to, especially still game, think I’ve watched that about 100 times or more. Watched inbetweeners plenty of times as well but it’s like watching it with a friend for the first time when watching your reactions. I hope the episode brought up happy memories with your dad Mike and your kids are lucky to have such a great mum and dad. P.s. you both totally suit those hats!

2025-09-09 16:18:39 +0000 UTCYou can’t be serious? I didn’t think I’d see a worse comedy show than Mrs Brown’s Boys, but Afterlife gives it a real good run for its money. Ricky Gervais has no shame. He spends the whole of Extras, quite rightly criticising awful comedies, which are only interested in pandering to the masses, only to go and do the exact same himself with Afterlife. Hypocritical beyond belief. I’m hoping that someone will find a way to persuade them not to watch Afterlife, as it really is an abomination of a show.

We aren't sitting here watching all 7 shows at once. We aren't going in mentally fatigued or worn down. If we feel like that we just don't record. Sorry we missed the jokes.

And IMO , this reaction wasn't as good and you didnt seem as engaged as other episodes. You literally missed several good one off jokes and punch lines. I know its my choice to watch/ etc and you do what you want on your channel but it felt a bit lethargic on this one. I understand why but IMO again, less is more. As I say, just felt like you were both not as invested in this today and it showed in the reaction.

The stand out is of course Victor's story, but it also sets up a lot of development for Winston going forward as an amputee (no spoilers obvs). Isa's fortune is straight up hilarious too, and it gives a chance to show how much Navid actually cares about her. For me the funniest moment is Victor's "You're to blame" to Jack. Which is just the outrageous action of a desperate man. It's taken on mythic significance with me and my friends. Whenever one of us is obviously in the wrong for something its now traditional we will simply point at someone else in the group and claim "You're to blame!" with as much conviction as possible.

2025-09-09 08:22:54 +0000 UTCEh well actually this episode doesn't just lead into the next series it leads in to them all so you'll need to keep going lol ;) Like Peep Show I'll miss it but I'd rather you guys stayed sane and did this in a way that's healthy for you and your family, and you actually enjoy what you're doing <3 My jaw literally dropped with the foreshadowing by Mike, that's rough, stay strong man. I hope the plethora of comedic moments in this episode help balance it out in a way, so many classics in one episode. The silly wee back and forth bits like this episode's " side plate of Blackpool" , the one in Doacters where they're playing doctor/receptionist, etc seem like they must be so fun for them to film :D

Also when Winston goes to the docters office he sprays air freshener because Winston’s leg/foot is giving off a pungent odour 😂
