Just dropping by to update you on the situation.
I managed to solve the problem with the HD/SSD cloning software that stopped working after an update. Here is a screenshot of the company's email. But unfortunately, like last time, it has been stuck at 55% for a long time. For some reason, I thought it would be different this time, but I don't think it will work. Last time, I had to turn on my old PC and it slowly started working on its own.
I would also like to ask for your opinion on games. A supporter here on the page encouraged me to think about this subject. Some artists do them and they have many supporters, even though many of them don't have much quality (graphics) in their work.
For those who don't know, "games" are mini-games made with a very famous software called Rempy. The illustrations move and change according to the story and also show the characters' dialogues. The viewer can also make choices using buttons and thus change the course of the story.
A few days ago I installed this program and watched some tutorials and also did some tests. It seems that I can produce a great game if I have time for it. It is a code programming job and will require a learning curve. I think that if I were to do it, it would only be for next year.
The problem I see is that it takes a long time. Other artists on their pages spend months just posting occasional W.I.P illustrations and updating their supporters only to release the game a long time later. So I ask myself. Would my audience wait so long to have material like this after several months and still continue to support me with their subscriptions?
Please help me and write in the comments what you think of all this. Thank you and I apologize for the unforeseen events. I'm doing everything I can to resolve this, including buying a 4TB NVME M2 to migrate my entire system to Windows 11 and the next and future backups will no longer be from an SSD to a mechanical HD, but will be from an NVME to an SSD, much faster and more reliable.
