High School DxD/Cyberpunk 2077 - Issei Hyoudou/Hanako Arasaka - Pre-Canon, Issei is an eighteen year old mercenary who's proven himself to be a solid asset for Arasaka Corporation, specifically the Princess of Arasaka.
