2025-07-09 09:28:45 +0000 UTCThe UCAS application (you apply to 5 universities to study a specific subject, we don’t do Majors we just do one thing for 3 years) and you exam / coursework grades are the only things that get you into university, everything else is always marked externally so you can’t persuade whoever is marking to bump up your grade, and we don’t have a GPA like the US - so Mr Gilbert is using all the power he has for blackmail there!

(from Winchester University website) Red Squirrels may have passed leprosy onto humans in medieval times, according to a new study co-authored by academics from the University of Winchester. However, the cute tufty-tailed mammals do not pose a risk to modern day humans say health experts. Public Health England says that although some red squirrels do carry leprosy today there has never been a reported case of humans catching the disease from the animals and the chances of infection are very low. The UK’s red squirrel population (around 160,000) is now far smaller than it would have been in England in the 10th and 11th centuries.

Ep 4 is horrendous and I always skip, this episode is OK I guess, (but everyone has regressed to the behaviour of 15 year olds) as is Ep 6. But it was a hell of a run up until this point, with classic after classic, not many shows keep that quality. As for the movies, well, I hope Mike and Jess like them and everyone enjoys the reactions, but those movies weren't for me. The novelty had long worn off and the writing became cartoonish and irritating. Other opinions are available, of course.

I’ve seen so many people react to the series in decent quality, but then they watch the movies in some of the worst video quality imaginable and it completely ruins the experience, especially since it’s the big finale. One creator’s reaction was in such bad quality that I couldn’t even finish it it was just unwatchable. So please, take the time to find a proper copy of the movies. It really does make a huge difference. I trust you’ll do it right! Just keep in mind: the movies are one hour and 37 minutes long, and if the quality is poor, it’s really tough to sit through. But if it’s in good quality, it’s so worth it the movies are absolutely hilarious.🇬🇧

We actually had training using a plastic arse to show we can do it safely 🤣 the reason for it is because the body absorbs the medication much faster than if its swallowed so it acts quicker.
