But no...Catelyn Tully Stark is just that bad of a wingwoman or stage mom, apparently. On the flip side, Sansa took the wheel skilfully and managed to minimize the collateral damage of Mummy Dearest putting her foot in her mouth...but Cait still more than clearly demonstrated what having her as a MIL would be like.

2025-07-05 11:00:44 +0000 UTCMaybe I am letting other fic color my opinion of Arianne, but she is too much of a whore for me which is probably hypocritical since I am reading this and I doubt axel cares as much about that as I do (atleast not until he’s married to her) she is also too devious and it would be exhausting to always have to look over your shoulder to make sure she didn’t put a knife in your back I think Sansa is a much better choice since she is loyal, cares a great deal about family, and is not the scheming type
