MONDAY COMEDY REACTION POLL!!!
Added 2025-02-22 16:55:25 +0000 UTCHey friends! 🎭😂
It’s time to vote for our Monday comedy reaction!
We’re still working to get a week ahead on our polls, so here’s what we’ll do this time:
✅ The winner of this poll will be this week’s reaction.
✅ Second place will automatically be next week’s reaction.
If you want to check out any of the options before voting, just copy and paste the video titles into YouTube and they’ll pop right up!
This is just a one-time setup to help us get ahead. After this, we’ll be back to normal weekly polls.
We're excited to see what you pick! 💚💜

Yeah true, they seem to do not too bad with still game so hopefully it's not too lost on them! It was the 8 minute compilation with them all! "There's a country road I know" is probably my personal favourite lol

2025-02-24 17:31:57 +0000 UTCI did think about these songs before, but there might be a bit of translation required for some of the words. Hilarious songs though ... "My mate Joe the burglar", and "Her Majesty's School for the blind", just two of the hilarious songs.

2025-02-24 17:13:06 +0000 UTCYou need to react to Becky, cute seven year old Irish girl who wants her school demolished and rings the wrecking ball company https://youtu.be/kTAtg7mvbs4

2025-02-24 14:21:07 +0000 UTCOn these polls, I just vote for whichever clip will help to keep Lee Evans from winning 😉

2025-02-24 12:11:32 +0000 UTCIf you do Peter Kay’s bullseye clip I would watch an episode of the old game show from the 80s so u know what it’s about then you’ll get the jokes. But I would recommend bullseye anyway it was a brilliant show plus seeing the old 80s technology as prizes are fun lol

2025-02-23 15:04:58 +0000 UTCIts a poll guys and kevin bridges won it fairly calm down

2025-02-23 14:08:39 +0000 UTCI’m not sure how to leave a show suggestion but you guys have to watch Gavin and Stacy, that and inbetweeners are the best representations of British reality
Alfie Baker
2025-02-23 04:19:32 +0000 UTCThey will get to new comedians just by the organic process of going with what’s popular. There are 455 videos on the playlist, it won’t be the same people each week. I like the system they’ve got.

2025-02-23 01:32:29 +0000 UTCLets all just vote for Peter Kay and get it out of the way (ooooo poet friend), seems to have caused a right old stir here today :)

2025-02-23 00:42:35 +0000 UTC@Rob G: I do not expect sympathy from strangers such as you, though some people are empathetic enough to extend it. I do so with other people here if I see they are upset. What is you point in telling me that? To suggest I am weak and self-indulgent, or in other words to troll me too? Why choose to criticise me for revealing my pain instead of the troll? it is reasonable to ask someone to stop trolling me and to explain that causes me actual pain, is it not?
Eddy
2025-02-23 00:23:39 +0000 UTCEddy it’s not really anyones business to care about your pain and why you are bringing it to this reaction channel. Those things are for you to sort out in private with people you know and care for.

2025-02-23 00:13:50 +0000 UTCBill Bailey would be my first vote, but I shifted it to Python since that has slightly greater momentum. I absolutely love his goose story on Graham Norton, but I'm not so keen on some of his other appearances and I couldn't find that clip on its own. Athan Immortal has a fantastic idea above for Mike and Jess to have a poll occasionally of new comedians only. Maybe if enough Patreons upvote it, Mike (who was in bed yesterday, so explained Jess is finding her way around Patreon as a stand-in) or Jess might notice?
Eddy
2025-02-22 23:19:07 +0000 UTCCheers matey :D

2025-02-22 23:15:03 +0000 UTCFabulous idea, Athan! It sounds a win all round!

2025-02-22 23:11:31 +0000 UTCA suggestion for the next Comedy Poll. At some point it may be worth considering a "New to us Comedians" poll to get you into some other comedians that you've never seen on the channel. One week, a normal poll as here, then the next week a poll of comedians you haven't seen. This could also work well for the music reactions. "Bands we've not seen" kind of thing. Ultimately you'll end up casting your net wider, more people who are looking for those other comedian and music reactions will find you and you'll grow a larger audience.
Athan Immortal
2025-02-22 22:47:14 +0000 UTCYes it is... *Walks out of the room in a very silly fashion*

2025-02-22 21:47:30 +0000 UTCI voted for Monty Python, someone argue with me about it. And someone else add the Python argument sketch to the playlist.

2025-02-22 21:42:25 +0000 UTCchewing the fat and Mitchel and Webb look are imo among the best comedy sketch shows ever!

2025-02-22 21:10:00 +0000 UTCi hope they don't turn comments off on the polls in future! all the butthurtary in some comments on these polls ... people be writing paragraphs over explaining crap even if they are "right or "wrong" , like cmon lol xD as if m&j wanna see that

2025-02-22 21:08:03 +0000 UTCParrot sketch <3

2025-02-22 20:28:01 +0000 UTCOmg decisions, decisions. How do you choose between Peter Kay and Lee Evans. Both hilarious clips. Little tip for you both, if you go with Peter Kay have a quick look for a clip of the tv show Bullseye from the early 80s so you get the references to the show. It had loads of catch phrases that we all grew up with. They might go over your head if you don't watch a bit of it. Seriously you need to do both of these clips. I vote for a double clip session....just saying 👀😂

2025-02-22 19:32:35 +0000 UTCVoted for the parrot sketch 😢

2025-02-22 19:09:11 +0000 UTCSexy Sat-Nav is funny af. One of Lee's best bits.

2025-02-22 19:08:24 +0000 UTCThe only negative post I've seen is maybe Eddy (they've reacted to multiple Rhod videos for example) but is then yourself, Duncan. There's nothing wrong with pointing out it might not make a great reaction video, which may have swayed some to change their vote.
Andy Robinson
2025-02-22 19:06:11 +0000 UTCThis type of poll allows people to change their vote, so there’s nothing wrong with trying to persuade people. Especially when the intent is to make sure they watch the best content. But I have no problem with someone popular winning the vote. Watch it and then it’s removed from the list.
Julian T
2025-02-22 18:43:35 +0000 UTCI'm with a few of the others here regarding Peter Kay. The sketch is hilarious for those of us who watched British TV in the 80s, but for Jess and Mike, they won't get it.
Darryl Glynn
2025-02-22 18:23:18 +0000 UTCBill Bailey for me. He’s the most original comedian we have. Unfortunately, I feel the comedy content will be limited to two or three artists for sometime yet.
Thomas
2025-02-22 18:19:49 +0000 UTCCouldn't think of anything positive to post guys? Of all the things in the world you could have chosen to post, you opted to complain and post something negative,Peter Kay is way behind on this poll and has zero chance of winning this poll, due to being too far behind, yet that is where you wanted to direct your energy. Deary me.
Duncan
2025-02-22 17:59:38 +0000 UTCAlso voting Monty Python, I need them to see John Cleese in it :-)
Athan Immortal
2025-02-22 17:49:53 +0000 UTCYeah I was thinking that. It's really only funny because you remember it and all its daftness. They did bring it back at Christmas but it would be the equivalent of watching a Chinese comedian, you know it's funny but you won't have a clue why.
Andy Robinson
2025-02-22 17:42:29 +0000 UTCIt's a shame that there is such a bias amongst the Patreon membership determined to keep Mike and Jess locked into the same few comedians too, when there is a world of brilliant British comedy out there that they are entirely unaware of. I love Kevin Bridges too, but we've seen them react to him over and over. Same with Lee Evans and Sarah Millican. What about more Rhod Gilbert or first time reactions to Monty Python, Lee Mack, Dara O'Brien or Bill Bailey - all of which are absolutely hilarious sketches? I don't care at all from a personal perspective: I have plenty of other things to do and other reactors to watch instead such as Boring Reviews, who react to a much wider and better choice of British comedy, but I do love Mike and Jess, so it's a shame for their personal enjoyment and bringing a wider audience to their reactions. ☮️🩷
Eddy
2025-02-22 17:32:07 +0000 UTCI Voted for the Parrot sketch, but let's be honest, Kevin Bridges is hilarious... So all good here :D

2025-02-22 17:03:14 +0000 UTCThe problem with the Peter Kay option is you have to have seen the 80s tv programme Bullseye to appreciate it.

2025-02-22 17:02:21 +0000 UTCJust want to say here as well, that the "Still game songs" will not spoil still game for you guys as it's from a show called chewing the fat
