My parents brought me the new monitor yesterday. I have it delivered to their house because they live closer to the city center. The monitor is identical to my old one just being different in design and has a frequency 15hz higher than the old one.

Unfortunately, it seems to me that he is not perfect. The screen has some kind of flickering, only sometimes. When I zoom in on photos and then return to normal size, the screen seems to be pulsing. I've tried all possible options and nothing worked. I've already changed cables, updated drives and devices, settings, etc...

It's almost imperceptible, a layman wouldn't even notice it.

Fortunately, this doesn't interfere with my work at all. I will use it for a while and continue to look for a solution. If I can't resolve it within a while, I'll call the warranty.

Technically now the technical issues are resolved. Now I just need to try to save money to buy the power generator. Anyone who can help with any amount I would greatly appreciate.
