Makes me wonder if my own nation of Canada was among the ones represented at Harry's collection of greedy bastards...we're not a nuclear nation like some of our closest allies, but we have the capability to be. And the time frame this chapter is dealing with would he far enough into the future that I could see us building one/some to defend something that is in our territorial waters...or just outside them. Kind of disheartening to think that could be the case, though. Still...amazing penultimate chapter, Cambrian! Really loved Harry's "successful supervillain" routine and how he made it clear that he's only in it to keep magical beings safe.
