Yeah Chinese food is definitely different here, it’s based more on Cantonese food - General Tso’s Chicken is an example of a very American dish

As an aside I once crashed at a party because it was in the Highlands and all us guests who stayed over were roped in to doing the morning clean up by other guests while the hosts were still in bed and that’s pretty standard practice here in Scotland same with guests at parties aggressively (in a friendly way) offering to do the washing up. Btw I saw Kevin do a 15 minute set about six months (summer of ‘07) before his big break at a Boutique Music Festival in the Highlands (Belladrum) playing in a tent full of about a few dozen people even then he was hilarious and afterwards I asked him if he had an online presence and he said he was on Myspace but I forgot his name by the time I got home and then when I saw him on a panel show(“Have I Got News For You?”) for the first five minutes I was trying to remember where I knew him from.
