Guys, be careful when spending a lot of time in front of the PC screen. I've stayed 12 - 14 hours for the last 3 years and now Monday I'm going to the doctor for an eye exam for the first time in my life at almost 45 years old.
The blue light from the monitors burns our eyes. I've always seen very well but now I'm seeing with a certain difficulty.
