1. High School DxD/Game of Thrones - Issei/Cersei - Part 4 of A Devil's Bargain. After their first meeting ended with neither satisfied, both Issei and Cersei prove eager to approach the problem from different angles. Neither of which really works out the way they intend. Could it be that Issei Hyoudou is exactly what a broken, twisted woman like Cersei needs. Could Cersei present an interesting alternative to Issei's budding relationship with Sansa?
