Even a hypertrain can take a while to arrive, and waiting is so boring!

I have had to SNEAK this image out, because I didn't realize my mother-in-law and my wife's two teenage nieces would be staying with us in our small apartment for a whole week right at the end of the month! Right now, it is about 5am, before everyone is awake and puttering around the apartment (and my computer screen is in full view of the kitchen). I've worked on this image in bits and sections for DAYS. >_<

I sleep at odd hours anyway, but I've been specifically avoiding people so I could be up in the middle of the night to get some work done, and I have probably looked totally antisocial - moreso than usual anyway. Which is too bad because I actually do like my wife's family a lot.

Work will be slow for a little while regardless, they're helping us get ready to move, and we're moving in August -- at least this time it's across town and not across the country! We're moving into a smaller place to try and save money, which is a good idea, and the new place is nice, and the new part of town is really great actually! Despite being a lot cheaper, the new place has a gym for tenants, and I'm planning on getting some treadmill time and getting my energy up after all this pandemic stress and fatigue. So it'll be a good move, I think!

Hopefully, I'll be all settled and back in the swing of things by the end of next month. ^_^
