Happy New Year! My condolences to those of you going back to school soon. I hope your new semester is as educational as in this image.
2016 was kind of a trainwreck for a lot of reasons (if you're as broken up about Carrie Fisher as I am, do yourself a favor and look up all her Craig Ferguson interviews on YouTube - she was hilarious).
Let's hope 2017 is better in every possible way!

The student seems kinda pleased and yet still nervous, as those she isn't 100% sure she is doing this right, and the teacher looks like she is thinking "Yep, I picked the right job." Out of curiosity, is the teacher a distant relative of a certain domineering magistrate? I mean, her smile and the way she holds the wand...
