Maybe someday Shay will be a great hero who has earned a noble title, and who watches over young adventurers, and gives them quests like she used to get. She certainly hopes to be.
This is not an actual Shay redesign! I have plans for her future, but not like this. That place, and the cold weather noble outfit is from the kingdom in the north that won't be featured at all until the SFK RPG. I just wanted to try out the look.
I don't have titles for the kingdoms yet, like "Kingdom of Sexual _______" where Istaria is the Kingdom of Sexual Fantasies, but I'm hoping to come up with them.
Aquataria (where The Girl Prince and the pirate queen are from - as well as a few other characters in the SFK) is called the sea kingdom, but that's just a descriptive name, not a title. They're to the west.
There's a winter kingdom in the north, a desert "kingdom" in the far south (actually a confederacy of independent city-states), a kingdom almost devoid of magic to the west of Aquataria, where they have a bit more technology - that's where the pirate queen got the cannon for her ship, and a lost kingdom in the southwestern sea. Oh, and the "Eastland" across the mountains.
I've vaguely planned for one other that's not exactly evil, but is a sort of "dark kingdom" - with a sort of gothy BDSM theme - but I haven't thought them out very much yet. They'd be somewhere to the west, where most of the kingdoms are adjoining a central sea.
So yeah, the outfit Shay is wearing is more like... well not quite something the locals would wear (basically vikings), but something a visiting ambassador from one of the other kingdoms would wear.
I think Shay's actual "higher level" outfit would be blue. Blue would look good on her! ^_^
Oh, I know I said I'd put up the dark angel today, but I spent all day on this instead, so I'll get some sleep and then work on that one in the morning.

About Aquataria, considering both princes discovered a special side of them could be the "Kingdom of Sexual Discovery". Oh, and I really love this picture of Shay.
