Dramatic Skys Beta 2.5.6a (Early Access)

Hey guys! Here is the latest early build for Dramatic Skys! With this update the beta now supports Celestial! What does this mean exactly? It has WAY more compatibility now spanning across Optifine, Fabric Skyboxes, Forge, and NeoForge.
This will allow a far larger group of people to use the beta across different mods, modpacks, etc. Truly a great leap forward! Thank you so much to UsernameGeri for porting this to Celestial!

-Added support for Celestial (Optifine, fabric, forge, neoforge versions)
The changelog may be short, but the change is quite large! If you are on beta 2.5.5 I highly suggest upgrading to this version!
