Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.4: Height Based Skies

Just one more way to make the pack that much more immersive. These sky textures will pop up in every biome once you are above the height of clouds in Minecraft 100-120 blocks. There is a sky for:
-Day
-Sunrise/Sunset
-Night
I am also in the process of making a stormy version so when there is weather at high altitudes there will be a different sky set for that as well!
