Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.2: Animated Sun and More!

This update adds and fixes some things, the most notable addition is an animated sun texture! This really creates more of a dynamic feel with the pack and it looks absolutely beautiful!
Second up we have new moon textures. This includes the base moon and all moon phases. The texture is just far better than the previous one and was a much needed improvement. Thanks again to QuantumEX for the amazing animation and the renders of both of these new texture add-ons.
Additionally, I have fixed a few biomes that had typos in the property files that made it so they did not show correctly. Along with this, a small seam fix.

Enjoy! Have some more stuff in mind relating to the moon, hopefully my idea is possible (I'll keep you updated).
