Weekly devlog + possible FMO prequel(ish?)/DLC

I am finally done with the FMO branching. I thought the variables would KO me, but I made do! I have the last 2 scenes of chapter 3 drafted, I just need to clean and code them in. I am so stoked it’s insane!

A new Twine POV is also already written, it’ll be posted as soon as I have it polished.

Now, I was thinking about a good way to let you know what happened in FMO during the time MC was gone without it being an info dump fest, and I decided a fun way to let you see AND experience it would be to give you a new MC who’s living in the Overshadow and is present to see the changes. The DLC wouldn’t be as long as the main game, and it’ll ‘only’ have 2 ROs to pick from, but I think you’ll enjoy crafting yourself a new MC (a demon, I think, this time).

I’ll let you know more about this idea once I am done writing FMO’s script. I think I’ll have much more free time this spring/summer than I did last year, so I am aiming for finishing the last 2 chapters before autumn ends. Fingers crossed!

What’s next:

- last 2 scenes of chapter 3,

- remaining prompt snippets,

- hopefully some animation/GUI previews, I adore GUIs, but lately I haven’t been able to touch my drawing tablet AT ALL, yikes!
