Okay, I know better now than to try estimating the length of the chapter(s) when I clearly have no self-control and keep adding to them. Chapter 2 of FMO is done, longer than I thought, but finally fully written. I scrapped like 2 scenes, but I might end up adding them later, not sure yet. The second part is nearly a whooping 20k, so there. I can finally focus on something else for a change, like Laurent’s route. And the extras. Etc.

I didn’t want to bore you with a devlog about me ‘still writing’ or ‘adding an unplanned scene’ so I hope you don’t mind me making a devlog later when I have something concrete to announce. I am slowly getting back on track. I guess I was more upset about my grandmother than I let myself act on, and it had a negative effect on me overall. I was in a bad mood, wasn’t satisfied with anything I did, and I had to trash and rewrite a bunch of scenes from scratch. Which was the only good thing, actually, because I like rewriting, and I think the update turned out better.

Anyway, tomorrow morning I’ll be sending the files for editing, the extras a bit later. After that, I’ll be writing an update for PFM and the beginning of chapter 3 of FMO. I feel like adding some POVs for it later too, in-game, so feel free to tell me (later when more of the game is out?) which scenes you’d like to have extended, etc. Or what you’d like to see in general. I am here to serve, haha.

- some extras (interactive) are bundled up and can be accessed from the same file. Some, though, are posted separately, so please make sure to browse through all the posts,

- partial updates of routes are often replaced, so you only need to download the newest file to have all the previous updates (i.e. when route 3 of 3 is posted, all previous updates/routes are included).
