What The F.A.Q?

This post helps you to orient in the rewards system and answer frequent questions that patrons have. Sometimes it's an error on my side, sometimes on theirs. To further prevent such misunderstandings, I decided to write a guide-like post, that will make your stay here more enjoyable and less stressful.

Accessing the rewards

You have two options to access the rewards after pledging.

1. One is to check your e-mail address from Patreon with the confirmation of payment. Usually it's titled:
   
   " Congrats <your name here>, you’re now a patron of ADLVCINXRI "
   
   Once you open the e-mail, there will be usual stuff like receipt and welcome note with links for the rewards.

2. Second is to check my Patreon page in the membership category. Scroll down a little and you will see the Welcome Notes with updated links. Or click on a button below

Release schedule / pacing

Please, keep in mind that this is not my full-time job, it's rather a hobby. As of now, the release schedule is set for at least 1 animation monthly due to various factors such as:

• Personal life and full-time job

• Taking care of personal errands

• Prevention of creative burnout

Whole process of making the animation from idea to a finished product usually takes from 15 to 30 hours of pure time. In my current circumstances, I have an ability to manage the time for the hobby eventually versatile. But this may change in a year or two. Therefore the minimum rewards is set to 1. Usually it's 2 or 3 mothly, depending on the time and creativity. But keep the minimum in your mind.

Distribution system

The distribution of said rewards is usually through Patreon private messages. If your notification are left unchanged, you should also get prompted through your e-mail. Or you can also circle back to your Membership page. The links are refreshed there as well!

Rewards are distributed usually around 15th Day of the Month. I am using a smart filter by Patreon to send the rewards to ELIGIBLE users. Sometimes, the filter doesn't catch specific cases, so if you still have subscription and did not receive an e-mail or private message, contact me and we figure things out.
