In this poll, I’d love to know what you guys prefer in terms of art styles. I started in comic art style (black line and color), but started doing more paintings over time, which look a little more realistic. I’m wondering which do you guys prefer, or if you even notice the difference. I know some people just don’t give a shit so long as the girls are hot and the sex has that Metrinome signature aggression/weirdness.
NOTE: there’s been some confusion. All of my art is in color. Just to be clear.
i started in comic art and it’s also my dayjob. Metrinome has been an opportunity to paint more, but I’m wondering if my audience would mind if I dig deeper into the line-work obsessed American comic art style that is my background.
