Tutorials (How To's) coming soon.

I finally received the Pico 4 I ordered back in beginning of October. Thought for a while there I wasn't going to get it. I forgot how long international shipping takes. Anyway, the Pico has a unique feature that allows you to take in game pictures and video. I have tested it out and can confirm that it does work pretty good. audio isn't the greatest in the world but it works and does the job. I I will be beginning to make some tutorials for those that are interested. I will start a new section in the patreon for tutorials that will be free accessible for all patreons regardless of their tier level.

So if anyone is interested to learn how to do things in Vam or have something they want to learn please feel free to post it in the comments or message me directly with your request and i will start posting how to videos for you all.

I am by no means a VAM guru, I do not know how to do everything and admit it openly, in fact I may even do some things wrong or inefficiently, But I do understand it pretty good at this point and how to use some of the more elaborate features and plugins to get the job done.

Sooooooo..

tell me what you want to know. ;)

Yeah I'm new to VAM since December. And every day I learn new stuff, May it only be small things. VAM is so complex. But as long as you learn new things and you have a learning curve, it's great. It keeps oyu attached. Keep up the good work, mate.

Well to be fair though, most characters I make are made the way I want them to look, I don't technically design them to be interchangeable. While VAm does allow you to load up any appearance preset ,its not something I personally allocate for in my content, and as for different heights that's an entirely different issue all together. especially where animations are concerned, an animation simply will not translate properly from say a woman of 5'5" to a woman of 4'. There maybe a way to do it by adding a scaling solution of some kind but its not something I actively seek out. for the most part I am just a story teller so I base my content on those stories. so while you can replace a character in one of my animations with any character you wish you will need to make sure their proportions are basically the same depending on the intricacies of the animation. the easiest way to do that is by creating an appearance preset of the character in the scene. open that side by side with the character you want to use and just scale it to match as close as possible to the height of the original. then it should just fit in as a preset.

This really seems to be an issue, some not reflect on or pay attention to it in VAM. Which is something I don't understand. Because like when I build look-a-likes, they should not only match in face and or physics but also in heigt. And honestly, if you have several characters and all of the same (default) size, that's quite boring.

It's true scenes can be very challenging and time consuming for sure depending on the complexity. But it's alot of fun being able to bring your wildest fantasy to life in VR. The tutorials I make will likely be done while I am making scenes for the most part unless it's some specific. As for audio. I use several resources for that. Video clips and test to speech engines like speechello. From there I use reaper or audacity to edit the audio. Eq, noise reduction and clipping clips to fit a storyline. Alot of time my stories are based on clips I have found. Sometimes I blend clips together on separate tracks one male and one female so they line up perfectly in game. If you use clips try to find clips that are high quality. Amsr styles are usually the best but finding clips that a well eq'd are hard to find. Most adult content is whispering and panning from ear to ear. If that's what your after that's fine. In fact I use asmr specifically for sound effects like moaning, bj sounds etc. They shine for that. But conversational stuff if done with clips and text to speech. I will get into details as we go.

Ive been using VAM for a few years now. At least 2 for sure. I still havent learned how to make my own scenes. Tbh I havent really tried that hard though as its always seemed so time consuming and tedious. I love these recent scenes that you've done with the voices. Id love to learn how do them. Maybe thats to big of a request as a first one lol. If teaching one to make an entire scene is to much then maybe it can be taught in multiple little stages. Id also like to know how to change models in a scene without completely screwing the scene right up making it unplayable. Anyways appreciate what your trying to do and offering here πŸ‘Œ
