Whilst The Doctor begins perverting the citizens into lust-crazed breeding stock for her armies, The Mistress pays the council a visit. Massacring some of the greatest Time-Lords alive, transforming others into brainless bimbos, she takes her throne as Gallifrey's supreme empress with three new pets totally in her thrall.
Whilst President Flavia loses her mind in a gooning trance and The Corsair begs and drools for her Mistress' attention, former-president Romana become a giggling sycophant, delusionaly believing she's only playing along with The Mistress' insane schemes as a spy!
