An enigmatic prankster going by the name Sir Cheshire has been spotted terrorizing the city lately. He's been seen wielding powerful magic to evade authorities. They believe the gem at the top of his cane is the source of this power, but they are unsure of the full potential it holds. Numerous museums and jewelry stores have been ransacked in the area, reporting all their priceless gems stolen. Guards at the locations were found completely immobilized. Some being tied up in thick fuzzy yarn with their shoes and socks missing. Others were found in a hypnotic daze, unaware of anything that transpired. Authorities warn to stay away from the suspect as he is highly unpredictable.
