Villain Dossier: RubiMoth

Investigators have linked the suspect to Jonas Rubica, an Insect Research who went missing some time ago. Crime scenes have been found covered in a thick powdery dust. This has left guards and police in a paralyzed state when they’ve come in contact with the substance.
Hopefully a hero can step in soon to stop this criminal.

I’ve had this idea for a new villain character for awhile. Based off of my favorite insect, the flashy Rosy Maple Moth. I have a few other villains i want to keep working on, but I thought it would be fun to introduce them and then have people suggest a hero they want to see challenge them.
So if there‘s a hero you’d like to see battle RubiMoth, let me know in the comments. Of course any hero that tries probable won’t fair too well 😈🪶
