Release: Character Template save system

In the post below, there's the latest release of the template, including those much-needed navigation fixes, a save/load/share system, zoom menu, new layers and heaps of other stuff crammed in.
I'm sorry about the inner circle alpha testing though. it's only for two days, I promise. I just want to make sure I catch any huge bugs before too many character codes start going around, only for everything to break later on. >_<

costumes from the rip coming in the next round, ..I didnt expect the save system to take nearly as long as it did, sorry :(
