BHGH: Thing goes up, thing goes down

as you earn more ship parts, you'll get to see the results in this nifty little background animation,
it's not -all- gimmicks though.. once your ship can move around on it's own, you can launch to meet the faction ships any time you like
(which means I can re-balance the roster for each of them to show up once a week, instead of way-too-often)
