I made and update to chapter 10 of LOTM.
Added 2025-08-19 17:54:32 +0000 UTCIt's only a minor change of one paragraph. I realized I made this change just a few days after I posted it here and forgot to update it, but it's better late than never.
Original: As the day went on Madeline also discovered some other strange areas of the Maze. There were a few open areas with stone benches, similar to the fountain square, but with no fountain. Though most did have a large central tree in the middle of it. There were also statues, occasionally. Large massive things that sometimes depicted people and sometimes creatures that looked almost human. Almost, like the creature from the river. Those statues unnerved the young woman and she walked on by them without so much of a glance. A feeling inside her told her that if she looked for too long she might find that the statue had moved.

Though most did have a large central tree in the middle of it. One of those squares she came across had a pair of loveresque statues. They were large things that depicted people with animal like features. Though they were strange looking it was nice to see what looked like a gentle moment between lovers in this scary place.
Totally not an important change I promise... Totally won't come into play at all in the next books... I don't like changing things after I've put them out but this is a change I have made that readers should be aware of for the future.
