Full Length Reaction Guide
We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync. Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen. Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. Just one quick note, at this point Avasarala doesn't even know about Holden's fake OPA message, since the transmission delay from the ring to Earth is almost 3 hours (the ring is near Uranus, 3 billion kilometers from Earth).

2025-09-22 01:31:08 +0000 UTCI have been waiting for this episode ever since Spartan started complaining about missing Miller and wanting Miller back 😂 This is one of my top favorite episodes of the whole show just because of those last 10 minutes or so when everything just goes batshit crazy! So much happens in so little time but in that time we get so much info and plot development and character development, ahhh I just love it!! I love the moment between Amos and Holden and the unwavering trust that has been built over the last 3 seasons. It takes A LOT of trust to follow the directions of a man who is seeing a ghost who is telling you to go into what they all have been shown is a ring of blood splattering death. Can’t wait for the next ones!!

2025-09-22 00:32:57 +0000 UTCYou guys are certainly not the first reactors to misinterpret Amos' exclamation of "Snake Eyes," but misinterpret it you did. The cameraman's name is not snake eyes, it's Cohen - they haven't said that, but that's his name, and "snake eyes" is not his nickname (it would be a pretty cruel nickname for a blind guy, if you think about it). "Snake Eyes" is a reference to Craps, the dice game. When you roll a two in Craps, you immediately lose. In the lingo of the game, rolling two is nicknamed "snake eyes" because the two dots, one on each die, resemble very small eyes, and you basically are "bitten" by that roll. So when Amos said "Snake Eyes," he wasn't accusing anyone of anything, he was basically just saying "we're out of luck - we lose, and we have no rolls of the dice left." Whether Amos (or anyone else) will realize that Cohen sabotaged the ship remains to be seen, but right now, all he knows is that they're screwed, and that's all he meant by that. And Pudgey did theorize about speed being the reason Maneo (Belter kid) was "splatted" by the Ring, and she also understood what Miller was saying when he said if you "go into a room too fast .. the room eats you." Which puts her in the top 5% or so of reactors; I've only seen one other person "decode" Miller's remark that quickly, so well done, Pudgey!

The Protomolecule/Phoebe was sent to hijack the early life on earth when it was only a boiling rock with biomass on the surface, eons ago. The process was not succesfull as the delivery system/Phoeby was caught by the gravity of Saturn, so it didnt reach its destination which was originally Earth. That is why Dresden says "they have already fired the first shot", because it was ment for Earth.
