Idk what you're referring to specifically but for the tattoo it's a mix of drawn texture and a brush and then the for the clouds I used the selection tool to draw shapes and then used a textured brush to layer color to have clouds! I picked the colors personally and then adjusted them as I saw fit! Otherwise I just wanted to do a clean rendering style on this piece for the character, with extra shiney highlights 💕
