I’ve been having nightly peanut butter and jellies and half-and-half right before bed to add heavy calories into my body every night before I sleep.. I think it’s really paying off plus my double breakfasts and big buffet lunch.. I’ve got to be having 8000 to 10,000 cal a day on average
