Seances and Calling The Dead Ad Free

I really enjoyed this episode too. I had a seance-like experience when I was 12 years old. My parents had some friends who were New Agey. They were interested in yoga and meditation and past lives and all that stuff. These people introduced my parent to "table tapping". That's where a group of people sit around a table (preferably wood, but not necessarily). One person is the leader. The people gather around the table and sit quietly with their hands just above the table. The leader invites spirits to come and talk to the people at the table. My parents did this once and then my whole family did it again. I sat at the table until it started to move and then I freaked out and ran outside. My dad went out with me and calmed me down. An hour later, I went back inside with my dad and the table was all over the place. You communicate with the spirits by asking yes and no questions and the spirit raises one part of the table and brings it back down -- once for yes and twice for no. At one point the table was up on three legs (keep in mind that the people around the table aren't supposed to be touching it). All sorts of spirits came through the table: two people from some of my past lives; a child from my older sister's past life and my mother's father. We table-tapped into the wee hours of the morning. This is where my interest in the paranormal comes from. It still ranks up there as one of the freakiest experiences of my life.

I loved this episode, I’ve been watching some ghost adventures recently and also I have to say when I used to go to church I would get super bored so I could relate to that. But spooky/ghost shit related interests me

My day isnt complete unless I hear that sweet sweet intro music ❤

I feel the same way

I laughed so hard listening to this episode I couldn’t even catch my breath. The last couple episodes have been hilarious. I just wish I had friends that were as immature as me that could enjoy your podcasts. I always look forward to them.
