Nintendo stole my kidneys (PATREON EXCLUSIVE)

Experimenting with a different style of video, and a different type of video as well. Gonna be posting these here while I figure out how to tighten up the formula. Hope you like it.

I think Nintendo is about to go the way of Sega! This thing is a Steam deck, no doubt about it. No real edge.

JFC I am just not going to buy a Switch 2 then. I already don't like spending full price on a game. Granted, I still act at now... FUCK ME 40 years god damn old, as I did as a poor highschool and college student where a single $50 video game represented like 6, 8, 10 hours of my life at some shit job I could only work maybe 20 hours a week. I'm at the point where $50 or $60 for a brand new game is closer to 2, 2 1/2 hours while I'm otherwise admittedly comfortably paying a mortgage and building my savings (because I still act like I'm being paid $8 an hour and thus spend money on next to nothing for myself most of the time beyond necessities). But, you want me, on top of the now added tariffs inflation (granted, at least that can't be blamed on Nintendo), to spend as much as 90 fucking dollars on a new game!? In a world that has gone completely digital, that I still require DOWNLOADING, that doesn't include an actual legit PHYSICAL copy? $50 used to buy you the physical product AND a wonderfully detailed and colorized instruction manual, all sorts of cool paraphernalia like that, and now for the privilege of buying a piece of plastic I spend $10 MORE than if I just got the digital copy that is now 80 FUCKING DOLLARS? That I CAN LOSE ACCESS TO just because that eShop got turned the fuck off!? No, this outrage is NOT just a nostalgic, rose-colored glasses Millennial Boomer rant, this is fucking legit. Enshittification to satisfy some dried out twat's umpteenth million dollar return on investment stock option can choke on the sun's dick, and so can the obnoxious inflation of costs that only line the CEOs' pockets before kicking the actual developers to the curb after they worked an average three figure hours week for months on end to get the product out the door. This is so god damn stupid. Granted, Steam is already a biiiiig problem all on its own given we must rely on them always staying up and providing us access to the games we purchased, and PC games moving away from physical is its own concern, but if I can purchase a physical item and it NOT be the game out of the box has got to be the single stupidest shit ever. Oh, wait, no, they charge more money for the freedom to buy the physical license and still need to god damn download it.
