Cirno is in Venice because of a book I read once, Scorpia, and I think it once made mention of Italian women in aprons out there balconies while they greet their neighbors. I don't know, I'm re-listening to it to find that specific passage. Anyway, my mind instantly went to, "I want to make a Cirno version of this", my head canon for her is that she's Italian
