(Hopefully) Last tier update for a while

As mentioned in the last announcement, I wanted to tweak the tiers one last time. Hopefully this is a bit more balanced, and generally, it isn't that much different than what was there before. (Largest changes being the price of the Discord server, along with a flat $10 commission discount instead of nulling additional fees. Since really, there were only two additional fees to begin with.)
To explain my thought process here, I figured keeping the $1 tier mostly the same would make sense, since the majority of those patrons seem interested in just the NSFW instead of anything else. Those who are more supportive will probably get more benefit from being in the Discord, since that's where I mainly discuss my comics and goals, so I raised the price of that. Like I said in the last post, once the JoJo comic is done, I want to focus more on commissions. I focused on giving the last tier more advantages when it comes to that, since I figure the people willing to give me eight bucks a month are also the type interested in comms.
Of course, I'm no market analyst, so this is mostly just guesswork and assumptions on my part. I'm open to other ideas when it comes to organizing this page, but keep in mind that I'm not trying to make my entire life revolve around NSFW here. (So I don't necessarily want to start timegating all of my art or things like that, since it'd force me to focus more on NSFW to keep up.)
