I think you slightly misheard it, I'm pretty sure Q says "You only GET your gifts THROUGH your habits" but they're both good food for thought, and I actually think your version is a bit more interesting and new to me.

The way he’s able to seemingly find pockets and flows over some very complicated production is so impressive. Always a proud feeling when an artist you love can consistently put out elite level albums without pressure

Each track name has 2 syllables and begin with the letters BL (Blind Threats, Black THougHts, Black Folk and Blueslides). I dunno if this is just a coincidence but I thought it was pretty neat.
