And i remember like 5-7 years ago when ppl said kendrick was destined for GOAT status but all the oldheads were gatekeeping & goalpost moving saying he hasnt done enough and had to do more. Now a lot of those guys have come around & been open to the discussion. He just excels in every aspect of rapping & artistry

This one might be a reach but the line in the chorus "Look what I done for you" when he was Will Smith could be a reference to the Oscar's incident
