The small crew of the science vessel Daedalus are disturbed when one of their female technicians was infected with a substance on their recent planetary mission, and is now turning into a mega-pregnant alien broodmother! Moving hastily to accommodate her, things spiral out of control as she grows and changes, and soon begins to lay her clutches.
