I still think Negan is distinctly worse than Rick has ever been, even in a morally questionable war. It's not just the killing, but the pleasure he clearly takes in it. Plus the power. Daryl gets on my nerves, though. The plan was working just fine without him plowing that truck into the sanctuary for no reason..
