Just my little interpretation, the line "Us is the plural form of U" could mean- I'm no longer a significant one for you but just a 'u (you)' among many others 'us (you-s)'. Previous two lines go like this, "Could it be really that you’ve found Eris Tell me, how am I not as good as that moon" (If we focus on pluto only) Pluto is still there, still orbiting around us, and was considered a 'planet (someone special/important)' until few decades ago, but now it is 'minor planet (someone who merely exist and holds no special place in our heart), this change occurred only because Eris was discovered (we found someone new and special). Is Moon so good, for us to give it some special gaze when Pluto and Moon both are same (both are minor planet)? Not only the song or lyrics is sad but the title itself is one of the saddest part. Before 2006 we used to call it 'Pluto', it orbited around us and we were happy family, now even though it is still orbiting around us, we call it '134340 Pluto'. Even though this song is all about pluto, instead of 'Pluto', choosing the tittle as '134340' is a clever move and defines the emotions carried throughout the song.
