The instrumental is so different and unique...there's something about it that makes your mind travel in this idea of time (past, present and future). And the vocal line is simply absurd. As you said, all the members did amazing on it, which is why this song easily enters the top 5 of so many armys! 👑 Bts are masters at not performing some of the best songs in their discography (honorable mention to Paradise 😭🥹)

2024-11-24 19:40:31 +0000 UTClate to the party but i love this song so much, i say it a lot but this is one of my favorites and of course it is my favorite japanese track 🔥 which is tough because their japanese tracks are all on their own level. Jin and Jimin in this song 👑 their voices pull me in so much and then on the other end the rapline and v being so calm in their delivery, it's mesmerizing.

2024-11-24 14:11:57 +0000 UTCThis is still one of my top 5 Japanese songs. The instrumentation is incredible and as you said rapline blends in perfectly in this song. My fav parts are V and JK. V starting off with his deep voice hit me straight to the core and JK's voice and his runs wrapped me in a blanket and brought me instant comfort. And both of them near the end with their low register. Amazing. Tbh the high notes and high ad-libs in their songs are sometimes too much for me and I wish they would just let V sing alone in his deep voice.

But i never bothered to know who the original artist was, If only I had googled about this song more I would have been army in 2018 itself not 2020.
