2024-09-19 18:39:48 +0000 UTCIt’s so relatable how RM and Namjoon discovered that both their fathers worked at the same company and encouraged them to pursue engineering—such a common Asian experience! In India, it’s similar; when a father has worked at a big corporation, especially in sectors like manufacturing or oil and gas, there’s often pressure on the kids to follow the same path. Namjoon was incredible in that interview! While traits like narcissism and arrogance aren’t typically seen as likable, I find it especially charming when BTS, and Namjoon in particular, showcase that confidence. Their humility throughout their career (aside from their flexing in Raps , of course) makes these rare moments even more appealing. Hearing RM call himself a "world star" and proudly share his art collection—“For Asia, man, we paved the way”—YES, SIR! I can say the interviewer had done the research and asked questions to everyone. I have never heard these kinds of questions been asked in a BTS interview. It is worth watching 💜💜.
