I feel so much for Halsey and what they have been through with respect to their health, and how gracefully they've been trying to go through with life with that. You are correct, I also remember reading that Halsey has/had(?) endometriosis 😔 I truly hope she recovers well ❤️

Before my thoughts on the song and your reaction itself - I LOVEEE Halsey (as far as I know, Halsey's pronouns are she/they, but others, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). I've liked her music always. She is a very poetic and prolific songwriter, which is something that deeply matters to me when it comes to any music - artists other than Halsey who make me feel this way are BTS (ofcourse), Coldplay and AURORA. Some of my favorite songs by Halsey (in no particular order) - 1. Nightmare - this song is so personal to me. It makes me feel like crying and screaming at the same time. I need to watch Halsey perform this live at least once so I can scream it out collectively with everyone else. I think it would be very therapeutic 2. 929 3. More 4. Still Learning 5. The Tradition 6. The Lighthouse 7. I'm not a woman I'm a god 8. The End - her latest single off of her upcoming album. It made me sob 😔 I have multiple Halsey lyrics that just blow me away and I have had to sit in silence for a few minutes to digest them and chew on them. Highly highly recommend checking out Halsey's discography whenever you get a chance ❤️

So as soon as I saw this video, I was like I got to play Diablo IV. I have been playing it, but it is dark and creepy and gory. If you guys don’t like that stuff, the game is not for you.

The song writers listed are Jasper Sheff, John Cunningham, Trent Reznor, Halsey and Atticus Ross. Although Yoongi isn’t credited, I can’t believe that he didn’t write his own lyrics. That would be very unusual. Bi Polar disorder is a very nuanced illness with many variables and types. Halsey is going through a lot but I pray that they will persevere and come out the other side living a happy, healthy life. I’m rooting for that. Glad you liked and appreciated this song and the both of them together. I’m hoping for more collaborations from them. 💜🫰🏻💜🫰🏻

2024-07-18 03:08:11 +0000 UTCThe same week I found out Halsey had lupus, I was diagnosed with lupus too. It's a crazy disease because it can attack anywhere in the body. The doctors only figured it out after I had a seizure at work one day and my co-workers rushed me to the emergency room. I had a million tests run and it was lupus. The medication has worked wonders for me. I really didn't realize how bad I was feeling until I started feeling better. It's like a miracle! I hope Halsey is having similar results. My best friend passed away from cancer in 2021. She was HUGE Halsey fan, but she was also a very modest person and Halsey's MVs always made her blush. It was so cute to watch LOL Now I can't see Halsey and not think of my friend, and I can't see her and not think of BTS, so she has own special cozy little nook in my heart. Thanks for taking the time to find out more about her and her relataionship with the members.

It's hard to put into words. Thank you so much for looking into the words and hidden meaning in this song. Some reactors can't look past the darkness and visuals to look at the lyrics. I know you two always look at the lyrics which I appreciate. Probably because I know a glimpse of the shit Halsey has been through and how personal her lyrics are, I could feel truth within these lyrics. I found it discouraging how they weren't being read e en though it was for a video game. I'm ranting again but seriously thank you for this
