I loveeee makgeolli, I don't have it often, instead I do soju or wine but funny thing is that when I went to korea first time, I was dying to try it, and had found a restaurant that had it, I had the whole bottle by myself, it tasted like beer to me from back in my country Dominican Republic called "Presidente". I didn't think it would make me really drunk, then I had too many bottles of soju, oh my god... the rest was a nightmare. Coquito is so good too, I recommend makgeolli, is so so so good and another little alcohol recommendation: if you guys ever take a trip to DR, try mamajuana as well as the beer I mentioned above, is a medicinal alcohol, our own special alcoholic drinks, unless you do not really like rum, but is made naturally with rum, red wine, and honey with tree bark and herbs. I'm not a big rum fan but this helped me when I had fever and flu while on vacation for christmas, saved my life lol

Seeing this process would make it much more interesting when tasting it the 1st time. I love that no two will be the same! Drinking with you guys.. Hell yeah!!!
