2023-08-04 07:39:39 +0000 UTCOmg, guys, I don't know if anyone told you but when you're out West in that desert climate, you have to drink a lot more water than you normally would back East. The air is so dry that it sucks the moisture from your body and you don't feel sweaty and you don't realize you are getting dehydrated. I live in Arizona and moved here from Ohio and that's one of the first things I learned , you can dehydrate and end up in the ER with an IV bag hooked to you. You read about people hiking in Az and UT and not taking enough water with them and they collapse, so be very careful and carry plenty of water, even when you're in the city ! Love you guys !

The pre recorded content that is waiting in the Big Hit vault... gosh never ends. They put in a lot of work for us army even when plans change. I think Suga had an "Epiphany" and didn't realize until Jin pointed it out.

Jin was my 1st bias because of his life motto and the song Epiphany. Jin is so persuasive in his message of living in the moment and living joyfully because he doesn't just say the words but he models for Army how to put it into action.

It's so special to see them together, even if it's only the 3, however with the other two in the military it's an extra special memory I'll re-watch again and again. You can just see their bond, and wish I could have had that in my life. Glad you two seem to have it, and if not, it's getting there! Never be ashamed to love your loved ones... Other Army's have pretty much mentioned what I wanted to say, so won't repeat. Safe journey guys, see you in the next one!

I think Jin has taught me that forward progress, whether or not it is at the same pace as those around you, is still progress. It's not about pace, it's about persistence and Jin embodies this.

That's exactly how I felt thru this episode of Suchwita. I was literally in tears the first 30 seconds. Your reaction to Hobi showing up was GREAT!!! When I saw that camera person at first in the corner of the screen, I was like, "what is this guy doing?" Like did he not realize where the cameras were? Then even Yoongi's face seemed perplexed. But, when they revealed it was Hobi, I just thought, of course, I should have guessed it would be another member. No way they'd let anyone out there like that. It was so wonderful seeing them together, although it did just make me miss them more. And Hobi's line about Jin becoming a good liar, cracked me UP!!! Now that you've had a taste of the iconic 2018 acceptance speech, you definitely need to explore that. I sent you links to the best video's of the entire night for BTS, because there were other great speeches, one from Namjoon as well I got choked up. But also their performances that night were so good as always and I know I've said it before but their award show performances are epic. This speech is talked about a lot by ARMY, I cry EVERY time I watch it. What I thought was so brilliant about this episode though, is that Yoongi must have thought about wanting to talk about this and I think what was great about that is the message it sent without actually having to spell it out, and I love them for expressing this in this way. To reinforce AGAIN to ARMY as they all know they head off and will be gone for awhile, but to reinforce to ARMY that they have had these discussions long ago, and when they decide they want to do something, it will be, just as in 2018 when after that tumultuous time they ended up having their best year so far and winning all of those awards, and I'm sure it actually drew them all closer together. I think one of the best things they do is talk honestly with each other about how they're really feeling, knowing they can trust each other and they will find solutions for everything together. Namjoon has said before that they always want to share what's going on with ARMY, but sometimes they can't in the moment, but when they can, they always do, which is mostly after things have been decided or after the outcomes. I respect them so much for that, and I loved that that was Jin's answer basically for wanting to say what he said in that speech. Also, the part about it possibly being a negative thing, I'm sure ARMYs in the moment were definitely shocked by even thinking they talked about disbanding, but as he said, by the time he was saying it, it had long been worked out and was history for them. But, how special that they all basically thanked each other for working through that time. There is a VLive of Jimin sitting on the floor in a corner of his hotel room, and I can't remember every detail, but if I remember correctly it was during this time in early 2018, and Jimin was talking about the members having a rough time, and there were lots of discussions and he confident that they would figure things out, but you could visibly tell in that video that it was emotional and draining. I've cried watching that one too. I'll have to find it and send it to you as well. The discussions about them being roommates was so much fun. They really are perfect for each other. I'm pretty sure that they and Jimin and Hobi were roommates throughout their entire time of living in dorms other than when they all shared the one room. I also loved that entire conversation about the sound and the in-ears, I honestly can't imagine how they do that. and the fact that none of them were singers before joining BTS, that is amazing, and even though I already knew that, it really is incredible to think about, but also just once again, shows the amount of respect these guys deserve. It's pretty known that Jin has always done extra choreo practices, sometimes even before the others are taught the choreo, because he doesn't catch on as quickly as the others, but for him to put forth that extra and like Yoongi said, they all even after 10 years are still willing to put forth whatever effort they need to get everything perfect. This made me really reflect on just how busy their schedules are to put out this much content, because theirs so much more than just their personal content, with ads, and now the designers they represent, they are so busy even when they say they aren't. I'm just so enamored by their work ethic. But then that's how they got where they are today. Anyway, as always this was longer than I expected. Enjoy your time in LV and LA. I think it just seems like everything is right in the world just knowing that the 7 are in close proximity of each other. It's almost like that huge stretch of land would create so much unicorn energy that its possible to flow out from there and reach the world. It seems silly, but I can't help feeling that way. It would certainly be interesting especially when you start adding partners to the mix and babies. But plans like that rarely fruition, my own family has talked about that for years. Although, we'd probably actually do it if we had the money, so I guess for them, it's just about the will and desire. Awwwww the Bellagio fountains in Vegas during PTD was soooooo awesome.

I think it would be insightful to watch the full MAMA acceptance speech (and the bangtan episode) once you do have more context and background about that time period. It's pretty heavy though, so I'd suggest going at your own pace. Re: Yoongi and Jin being roommates. I just find it so endearing that drunk yoongi is clingy and affectionate and that Jin was probably on the receiving end of it the most (at least when they were roomies) lmaooo. Re: Jin's head being shaved. Not sure if you registered it (because you didn't comment on it when that clip played) but JK and Yoongi actually went to Jin's head-shaving ceremony before his enlistment, and Yoongi didn't laugh (as he'd mentioned jokingly in this suchwita episode). Re: Jin's dream. I love that his dream is to be happy. I think, part of my own dream is to be happy as well and have it continue for 10, 20, 30 years. I think, as Yoongi said, because of Jin, I've somewhat learned how to find my own happiness and become happy too. and I can't thank him enough for that. It inspires me so much that a worldwide silver voice singer's dream is to continue to be happy for the rest of his life. Our own happiness - that's what matters most, isn't it? :')

Those are the hours where God opens up to people and speak to them the most. Whether you are a believer or not. The sun shines on the just as well as the unjust. If you look at people who changed history they received knowledge from an idea during those hours. Believe me, it works!!!!

2023-06-12 04:00:02 +0000 UTCHonestly Jin's philosophy to life is one I've actively tried to follow more and more the past few years and it has opened me up to so many beautiful people and experiences. I am way more open to feeling uncomfortable and silly, especially if it means I get to make other people smile, laugh and feel more comfortable. And while I still stress about things a lot, I let things go pretty quickly too. All of the members at some point have said they've learnt a lot from Jin, but RM and Jimin in particular have discussed it in Vlives. About how they didn't understand Jin at first and found his carefreeness kind of annoying, but overtime realised it was powerful and actually disguised how hard Jin works (all the members tend to agree that Jin works the hardest because he does extra practice to nail the dancing and singing). RM and Jimin said they've adjusted, have more fun, and are less harsh on themselves because of Jin, and I love that so much. I can't wait for Jin (and all the members) to be back.

I think you missed the part where Suga said he fully expected JK will be annoying at 60 too. I loved when they said they had joked about a Bangtan Village. I have been saying that since I became ARMY. I hope they buy a massive piece of land where they can all live with partners if they choose and have Bangtan babies running around everywhere. They can have large pieces of property each within this huge swatch of land and have as much privacy or interaction as they choose. There will be a huge performance center/studio where they can collaborate musically. Not that I've thought about this much or anything.......lololol. Wow...that glamping looks like a fantastic adventure. I was so happy to see you arrived safely in Vegas. The last time I saw that fountain was at the Vegas concert and Dynamite was playing at the Bellagio Fountain show and it was all lit up purple. Great memory. Safe travels.

Jin and Suga are really the perfect roomies! In one FESTA they had with ARMY, they had a competition of who's the best roommates and YoonJin won. First of all, lovely nature you're staying at for your glamping! 🥰 When they talked about Coldplay's concert, I'm so glad they were able to explain in detail what made it difficult for them since they were just so used to BTS concerts only. But most of all, not having the other members with them is such a big factor. I love how their bond created that comfort they had with one another. 2. You might be interested to watch that now - Jin's Traditional Alcohol journey. It's also in BangtanTV but it has 3 episodes. He was with Chef Baek, who is a very well-known chef in SK and is a good friend of Jin. I swear it's an interesting show, even I was amazed of the whole intricate process of making alcohol. Jared is right, yes he's very passionate with traditional alcohol because he came to appreciate it. Chef Baek even took Jin to judge a Korean traditional alcohol making competition. 3. That "In the soop convo" of YoonJin was very iconic for ARMY. It's one of those moments I love in ITS. And it was Abyss that was playing in the background. Hoping you'll get to it some time too. Actually, most of his solos were played, first was Abyss, then Tonight and Moon. I think you'll like Tonight amongst all of them. 4. Jordan was right. Jin might seem to be like a funny guy to most coz he just wants to make others laugh, but when he starts saying those words of wisdom, you'll definitely understand why he's such a positive, humble human being who came to achieve happiness because of his principles in life. And he always shares it with his brothers and to ARMY too.
