Quick Update for September!

I'm very excited to announce that September is going to be something of a special month on my Patreon. It's going to be a little different, but I think it should be a lot of fun! 'So D.B., what's gonna be different about it?' Well I'm so glad you asked! As I mentioned before, I am finishing up the written novel portion of Visual Novel 2 (name not finalized yet lol) and plan to be done with my additions/revisions/edits to the writing within this next week. Editors are on stand-by! So, with the writing out of the way, that leaves the art, and there is going to be a LOT of art for this project! I honestly can't even guess how much at this point. But to make a good dent in it, or at least a very strong start, I want to dedicate the majority of September to art asset creation of the new visual novel. I want to really get in the zone for it. I think this might be really interesting for you guys, because you'll actually get to see real character concept sketches and some abstract ideas before characters become finalized. That's not usually stuff you see or I post. In addition, I plan to do another contest this coming month that everyone should have an equal chance of winning. Again I will offer a sketch commission to the winner! And I will still do a comic page, so no worries! Anyway, if you can't tell, I'm incredibly excited to put some concerted effort into the art of the new visual novel, and to run another contest, and I hope you folks are too! See you in September!
